Environmental Desktop Review

The purpose of this Desktop Review is to identify the need of a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment by feasible recognized environmental conditions (REC) in connection with the property, please note that no samples are collected and analyzed as part of a Desktop Review.  The study will include review of national, state and local databases.

In addition, Aerial Photographs, Topographic maps, Sanborn maps, City Directories, and a questionnaire that the client will complete and that will be reviewed as part of a historical search of the site.

After the Desktop Review report is completed a risk assessment of the property is conducted based on the information collected in the Desktop Review.  To help evaluate environmental risk at the subject property this Professional Opinion is provided by Enviro Assessment, PC
